These Terms of Service govern your use of Brickell Bridge Bot, a Telegram-based informational alert service operated by Archiaetheos LLC.

By using the website, Telegram bot, or paid subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Brickell Bridge Bot Provides

Brickell Bridge Bot provides informational alerts and status checks related to the Brickell Bridge in Miami.

The service may include:

  • Telegram alerts when the Brickell Bridge goes up
  • Telegram alerts when the Brickell Bridge comes back down
  • /status checks through Telegram
  • Bridge opening duration information
  • Related service messages

2. Independent Informational Service

Brickell Bridge Bot is an independent informational service operated by Archiaetheos LLC.

Brickell Bridge Bot is not operated by, affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or controlled by FDOT, FL511, Telegram, or any government agency.

Traffic data is sourced from FDOT/FL511 under an authorized data-feed arrangement.

Archiaetheos LLC does not operate, manage, control, repair, or influence:

  • Bridges
  • Roads
  • Traffic signals
  • Drawbridge operations
  • Emergency systems
  • Public safety systems
  • Public infrastructure
  • Transportation systems
  • Government services

3. Not an Emergency or Safety Service

Brickell Bridge Bot is not an emergency service, public safety service, transportation service, navigation service, dispatch service, or government alert system.

Do not rely on Brickell Bridge Bot for emergencies, safety-critical decisions, time-sensitive travel decisions, medical emergencies, police matters, fire/rescue matters, evacuation decisions, or legal compliance.

For emergencies, call 911 or the appropriate emergency authority.

4. Informational Accuracy and Availability

Brickell Bridge Bot is designed to provide useful alerts, but alerts may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, or not delivered.

Possible causes include:

  • Data-feed delays or outages
  • Telegram delivery delays
  • Internet or hosting outages
  • Payment or subscription errors
  • Software bugs
  • Rate limits
  • Maintenance
  • Third-party service interruptions

The bridge may be down while traffic remains backed up. Brickell Bridge Bot does not guarantee that traffic is clear, moving, or safe.

5. Telegram Requirement

The service is delivered through Telegram. You must have a Telegram account and must start the bot before private alerts can be delivered to you.

If you block the bot, delete Telegram, change accounts, or prevent bot messages, alerts may not be delivered.

6. Subscriptions

Brickell Bridge Bot may offer a paid annual subscription.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout:

  • Subscription price: $9.99 per year
  • Billing period: annual
  • Delivery method: Telegram
  • Access continues until the end of the paid subscription period

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.

7. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the payment provider to charge your selected payment method according to the checkout terms.

Brickell Bridge Bot does not store your full payment card number.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

After cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current paid subscription period unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy posted on the website.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service
  • Attempt to bypass subscription access controls
  • Reverse engineer or attack the bot, API, database, or infrastructure
  • Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes
  • Misrepresent the service as operated or endorsed by FDOT, FL511, Telegram, or any government agency
  • Resell or redistribute alerts without permission

11. Service Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

We may also change pricing, features, alert wording, supported commands, or delivery methods. If pricing changes affect your paid subscription, the change will apply according to the checkout or renewal terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, fail to pay, interfere with operations, or create legal, security, or operational risk.

13. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archiaetheos LLC disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archiaetheos LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, missed alerts, traffic delays, travel decisions, missed appointments, or reliance on bridge-status information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archiaetheos LLC’s total liability related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
