Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription

Brickell Bridge Bot is a digital Telegram alert subscription.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout:

• Price: $9.99 per year
• Billing: annual subscription
• Delivery: Telegram bot alerts and /status checks

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

After cancellation, your access remains active until the end of your current paid subscription period.

3. Refunds

Because Brickell Bridge Bot is a low-cost digital subscription, payments are generally non-refundable after access has been activated.

However, we may provide a refund when appropriate, including:

• Duplicate charges
• Accidental duplicate subscriptions
• Technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved
• A refund request made within 14 days of the initial purchase
• A renewal refund request made within 7 days of renewal, if the service has not been meaningfully used after renewal

Refunds are not guaranteed and may be denied if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, violation of the Terms, or substantial use of the service.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights a customer may have under applicable law.

Include:

• The email used at checkout, if available
• Your Telegram username, if available
• The approximate purchase date
• Reason for the refund request

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. The customer’s bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

6. Service Outages

Temporary outages, delayed alerts, third-party outages, Telegram issues, or data-feed interruptions do not automatically qualify for a refund.

We may, at our discretion, offer credits, extensions, or refunds for extended service disruptions.
